We invited US Rep. Mo Brooks to join us in an issues-based town hall, and he and his office made this into a partisan event. It is not: we were simply attempting to create a civilized environment for large numbers of his constituents to ask questions about the issues most important to them and to voice their feelings to our US Representative, elected to serve all of us. Instead, he referred to us a “Democratic, paid anarchists” out to “damage and injure.”

We're carrying on without him but delving into issues we think are important for him to hear - and we'll make sure he hears you after the fact (and during).
Main topics will be Healthcare and Immigration, with Subject Matter Experts making brief comments and then taking your questions.
Healthcare: Jo Ann Cummings and Others
Immigration: Attorney Danny Upton and Dr. Ellin Jimmerson

This will be a civil discussion on the two subjects, and attendees will have an opportunity to bring up additional topics in the last portion.
Tickets are required as seating is limited, and we want to have the show of a full house for our US Representative!
